Prices include electricity W220 and potable water costs, Satellite TV, garden cleaning, free internet wireless. Sheet and towel are provided. All the bungalows have a kitchenette equipped with fridge, oven, microwaves, toaster, mixer and tools. Prices could change without previous notice.
Price reduction: for children under five when staying with two adults: without cost (total three people)
Bungalow check-out modalities: Guests are kindly requested to take out personal baggage from bungalows at 11h00, exceptionally and when possible until 12h00. If from 10h00 to 12h00 a.m. check-out is not respected we will be forced to debit full price.
Pets are welcome at BRL 5,00 per day each of them, médium size, maximum two pets.

Others services
Tropical Breakfast BRL ON DEMAND per person upon request a day before. It includes: coffee, milk or tea, bread, margarine, jam, fruits, juice, cake, cheese. Cleaning BRL ON DEMAND; Laundry: BRL ON DEMAND per piece; baby-sitter upon agreement. Long stay with a weekly free cleaning .
Terms of Payment
Payment of 50% (fifty) of total amount to confirm reservation by banck transfer or distance credit card and 50% at check-in date.
Payment by cash or total transfer +5% discount
Booking Cancellations: considering first day of reservations, anticipated values will be refund as follows. 25 days (twenty five) days before check-in date will be refunded 75% of anticipations. Between 14 (fourteen) and 5 (five) days before check-in date: 50% refund of anticipations. Before 5 (five) days and In case of interruption of started stay and/or no-show, no reimbursement. Special payment or cancellations conditions and special promotions could be made on virtual agencies sites as for the international policy adjustments.
